What is Supported Accommodation for Young Adults?

Semi-Independent Living for Ages 16-25

Supported accommodation for young adults provides safe, stable housing combined with structured support for people aged 16-25 who are not yet ready to live fully independently. Our semi-independent living model gives young people their own space while ensuring professional guidance is always available.

Many of the young people we support are care leavers transitioning out of the care system, but we also work with homeless young adults, young parents, and those with mental health needs. Each resident receives a personalised support plan and dedicated keyworker to help them build the skills needed for adult life.

At Stone and Sky, our semi-independent living pathway is designed to move young people from supported accommodation to full independence at a pace that works for them, with no one left behind.
